Please choose carefully as refunds are not provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.

Consumer Guarantees and Your Rights under the Australian Consumer Law

All goods sold in Australia come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Consumer guarantees cannot be excluded and are in addition to any extended warranty you purchase or any voluntary warranty (warranty against defects) you are given.

There may be circumstances where you are not entitled to a remedy.

Goods Damaged in Transit

Our Terms and Conditions of Sale policy provides you or your representative with the option to either collect the goods in person from the specified store/s, or to receive delivery of the goods at no extra cost. As the delivery of the goods is occurring outside of Australia and organised through unrelated parties, ibuypacific is not responsible for any damage that may occur to the goods while being delivered. You agree to indemnify ibupacific against any costs and damages that may occur to your purchased goods during delivery, should you elect to take the delivery option.

If any goods arrive damaged, please contact our Customer Service Team at as soon as possible and we will notify the delivery company to work with you to seek to achieve an acceptable outcome.


Refunds will be processed where the goods were damaged when they were collected by yourself or by your representative from the specified collection locations and you elected not to seek a replacement item. Ibupacific will require evidence of this from our international suppliers. Refunds will normally be processed within 7 days.

Returns and Repairs

Goods that come with an express warranty form the supplier or manufacturer may be returned for repair or replacement if still within the warranty period and if the conditions of the warranty have not been breached. If you have goods that do carry a warranty or guarantee and they have failed within the warranty period, please contact our Customer Service Team within the warranty period with all product and warranty documentation on-hand at

If any goods cannot be easily returned due to their size, the fault or because they have been affixed or installed in your premises, please contact our Customer Service Team and we will arrange an inspection to assess the goods.

Goods returned for repair will be assessed and/or repaired within a reasonable time. You may be provided with an indicative repair time, which time may vary due to reasons beyond ours or the repairer’s reasonable control, such as part availability and incorrect fault description.

You may be required to pay labour, assessment and/or freight fees, such as where goods are assessed to have been damaged by misuse or accident, or where your rights under law or any manufacturer’s warranty do not apply. We may provide you with an indicative fee, which fee may vary due to reasons beyond our control.

If any goods that you return are capable of retaining user generated data such as files stored on a hard drive, telephone numbers stored on a mobile phone and songs stored on a portable media player, the replacement or repair of the goods may result in loss of the data. In these circumstances, we recommend you back up data to prevent data loss, and remove sensitive or confidential data, as a party assessing and/or repairing your goods may be required to view data in the course of carrying out the assessment. We will not be responsible for any data loss.

In some circumstances, goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.
